The most magical night of the year is almost here! Jingle on Main, Uptown Roxboro’s beloved holiday kickoff, returns Thursday, December 4th, 2025 from 5:30–8:00 PM—and this year promises more festive fun than ever.
Step into an Uptown transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with snow blowing along Main Street, twinkling lights, and the joyful sounds of the season. Families, friends, and visitors of all ages are invited to celebrate the start of the holidays in true Roxboro style.

🎬 Free Showing of The Polar Express
The holiday classic The Polar Express will play for free at the Kirby Theater, giving families a warm and cozy spot to enjoy a seasonal favorite.

As you stroll through Uptown, enjoy free treats, hot cider, and hot chocolate served by participating businesses. Many of our Uptown shops will stay open late and offer special holiday promotions, sales, and giveaways, making it the perfect time to find unique gifts or enjoy a little seasonal shopping.
