This month, the Uptown Roxboro Group proudly celebrated a major milestone—30 years as a designated North Carolina Main Street Community! We were thrilled to mark the occasion with a special Main Street Champions Reception, where we honored the incredible individuals who have played a vital role in shaping our downtown’s success over the past three decades.
The event was filled with smiles, stories, and heartfelt gratitude as we recognized past Main Street Champions—those who have gone above and beyond to make Uptown Roxboro a vibrant place to live, work, and visit. It was a joy to gather with so many familiar faces and revisit treasured memories, from milestone moments and revitalization projects to community events and cherished traditions.
As we reflected on the past, we also looked ahead with excitement. Uptown Roxboro continues to grow and thrive, thanks to the dedication of our small businesses, local leaders, volunteers, and supporters. Your belief in our mission fuels the work we do every day.
